He's not here yet. And I'm getting very impatient. You would be too if you were woken up from a beautiful nap and promised Transformers.

“DONT GIVE ME EXCUSES — I WANT RESULTS!!”

I’ve been ditched 3 times so far for Transformers, who, by the way, are the reason I breathe. If I was in Canada right now we both would be very happy and enjoying a good robot battle. Also, I fucking love naps.

“We’d like to remind you that Michael Jackson is, in fact, a homosexual pedophile (awkward audience response)…What? He is a homosexual pedophile.” —Norm Macdonald saying the only funny Michael Jackson joke I ever heard. That was in 1994 people. I am fucking scared of the oncoming onslaught of shit-jokes and recycled material about to drown the comedy world for the next couple of weeks.

I once thought about tweeting but realized bleeding to death was a better option.

for someone who hates twitter so much.. you sure are obsessed with it!!

I get this a lot lately and I’ve finally decided to respond to this accusation. If I was a pretentious art student-like I am-I’d say that the irony of using a medium to broadcast my disgust with said medium is the ultimate way to revolt against the mongoloids that celebrate mediocrity and encourage sharing the arbitrary. In reality, I like saying a lot of stupid things and twitter seems like a good place to post that shit. I don’t do it to impress anyone and I’m not talking about what I ate for lunch, so I think as long as I make people laugh/angry I have a get-out-of-jail-free card for hypocrisy. Also, the majority of the time I update my twitter these days I’m drunk. Wu-Tang FOREVER.

My father died so you could have the ability to tweet. Bad decision, Dad.

As NYCers we are really lucky with the amount of outdoor film screenings we get each summer.  Don’t forget that the summer weather isn’t always like this past week.  I put together a full list of the five ourdoor screening series - some films better than others but every one of them is free.

RiverFlicks / Bryant Park Series / Central Park Film Festival / Summer on the Hudson / Brooklyn Bridge
